Running On Reefer in Valencia Valley

I had a wonderful run down the west side of Valencia Valley, this morning! My feet feel like they’re gaining a little strength and my hips are showing a bit faster turnover!

This morning I enjoyed my first run since my Badwater DNF. My knee continues to heal. Not sure exactly what caused the massive swelling, but it’s back to normal size, if only a little weak. I ran on level pavement in Chandler, AZ. I was happy to push for speed on the smooth road and came close to hitting 10 minute pace. Well, closer than usual…
