Love that erg! 

Building strength my back and legs, coordination and fluidity in my movement. I can’t get enough. Someone commented that they are only able to complete a few kilometers because they’re attention wanes. I say it’s good mental training! Zen, man. Tune out to tune in. I’d stay all day, if I could – already looking forward to tomorrow’s sesh!
