Today marks my first run as a new dad! I had two hours to re-explore the redwood gullies and old farm houses of Valencia School and Trout Gulch. Taking a running workout of high-knees, lunges, body squats, and push-ups, I feel I made the most of it.

I hope to educate athletes and non-athletes alike about the many uses and benefits of cannabis for increased motivation, pain management and overall health. Having been through a heinous car accident when younger I am constantly managing my pain and overall health to keep active and feeling good. I have also always found cannabis to be an effective motivator as I have ADHD and have suffered the woes of traditional prescription meds for this "disorder". I truly believe in what I live and promote and have found that I am not alone in the world of active cannabis lifestyle; which is so fulfilling.
